Proposed Experience Sketch
Each proposal is designed to provide a vision of the experience and may be subject to further refinements. We consider requests for personalized adjustments based on your preferences, availability, and external factors. While we endeavor to accommodate such requests, their fulfillment remains at our sole discretion and may be declined without explanation.
Financial Framework
The proposed Experience Investment does not include specific expenses related to accommodations, experiences, or services, and we are under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the expenses involved. We reserve the right to adjust the estimate before confirming your reservation. After a confirmation has been issued, your experience is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. However, a surcharge will only be forwarded to you if variations in expenses or taxes is higher than typical estimations. Any such surcharge will be duly communicated.
Reservation & Payment
Confirmation of your reservations necessitates an advance payment. The total payment must be remitted by the due date specified in the Experience Sketch or conveyed through any official correspondence, including but not limited to email and text. Non-fulfillment of the total payment obligation by the stipulated due date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment, which is non-refundable and cannot be applied to any other experience. We reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation, in which case any advance payment received will be returned, subject to applicable deductibles, including but not limited to processing charges.
Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
At times, it might become essential to introduce alterations to your proposed experience. We reserve the right to effect such changes at our discretion, with prompt notification to yourself to ensure transparency. In the event of a substantial modification to your proposed experience, under the condition that it is not the result of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our purview, you are afforded the option to embrace the revised experience or explore an alternative experience from us.
Should you request modifications, we request you to notify us without delay. While we will strive to accommodate such requests, they remain subject to availability, feasibility, estimate adjustments and our discretion.
No compensation, refunds, or alternative arrangements will be provided for changes or cancellations arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, threat of war, civil unrest, disease outbreak, pandemics, industrial disputes, terrorism, natural or man-made disasters, fire, transport disruptions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.
Under no circumstances shall compensation, refunds or alternative arrangements be extended in the event of a no-show, missed flights, delays attributable to you, or abandonment of the experience at any time for any reason, including but not limited to medical contingencies.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time even after confirmation.

Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring possession of necessary travel documents such as valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or other documents.

While we endeavor to insure our guests, coverage is not exhaustive, may not always be feasible, and cannot be guaranteed. It is highly advisable to procure comprehensive travel insurance. Such coverage is indispensable for safeguarding against unforeseen contingencies, potential cancellations, medical emergencies, and any travel-related disruptions.
Health, Safety & Wellness
It is highly recommended that you seek guidance from your healthcare provider regarding essential vaccinations, your overall medical condition and health precautions well in advance of the experience. Abide by the highest standards of safety and well-being, adhering to the guidelines and advisories issued by local authorities and our dedicated team during your experience.
While we are committed to providing a secure and superlative experience, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, mental agony, delays, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during your experience. Acceptance of Risk
Clients acknowledge that travel, particularly to remote or foreign destinations, carries inherent risks. The nature and level of such risks depend on the activities involved, the terrain and the location of the experience. Participation in physically demanding or high-risk activities—including but not limited to zip-lining, snorkeling, skydiving, gliding, bungee jumping, maritime travel, high-altitude excursions, or travel to underdeveloped regions—may pose substantial risks.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks, having duly considered their implications and your personal capabilities. You assume full responsibility for your safety, including the proper use of safety equipment such as seat belts, harnesses, flotation devices, and helmets, and adherence to all safety instructions.
